MKC Training is an award-winning company seeking a Sales Representative to join its dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving and achieving sales growth through managing, qualifying, and responding to inbound leads, as well as outbound prospecting through targeted telesales and email campaigns.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues in marketing and delivery sectors to develop a deep understanding of our products and services. Your strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team or independently, and proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office 365 will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, qualify, and respond to inbound leads and nurture them through to closed deals.
  • Outbound prospecting through targeted co-ordinated telesales (warm leads) and email campaigns.
  • Nurture new and existing clients by developing relationships and providing solutions to client requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in marketing and delivery sectors to develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Monitor and drive performance through reporting and CRM maintenance.
