MICHAEL PAGE LEGAL IS SEEKING A HIGHLY SKILLED LAW FIRM SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN LONDON.

**Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top tier international law firm, providing critical support to the private equity team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse range of duties and offering legal advice to the team
  • Providing legal support on private equity-related matters
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documents
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure legal compliance
  • Researching and updating on relevant legislation and regulatory matters
  • Assisting in the preparation of board meetings and minutes
  • Managing legal databases and records
  • Contributing to team targets and objectives
  • Assisting in training and development of junior team members

**Requirements:

  • A degree in Law or a related field
  • A solid understanding of private equity - minimum 1 year Private Equity experience
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents
  • Excellent research skills
  • A strong ability to work in a team and manage workload
  • Excellent communication skills
