Job Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in making our neighbourhoods desirable places to live. As a Neighbourhood Officer for Reed Property & Construction, you will understand local needs and collaborate with teams, resident groups, and external partners to ensure our estates are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

About the Role:
This position involves developing and implementing neighbourhood plans, conducting regular estate inspections, and addressing anti-social behaviour effectively. You will work closely with local residents' groups to enhance community facilities and activities, as well as represent the organisation in court when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement neighbourhood plans and local offers tailored to community needs
* Conduct regular estate inspections, prioritising fire safety and other risk assessments
* Collaborate with local residents' groups to enhance community facilities, activities, and events
* Work closely with local partners to address safety and anti-social behaviour issues

Requirements:
* Strong customer focus and enjoyment in community engagement
* Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle

The estimated salary for this role is £19.75-£24.52 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The location is Orpington/St Mary's Cray, covering a specific area.
