Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Spa Therapist to join our team at Resorts World Birmingham on a part-time basis. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide spa treatments such as facials, body treatments, and massages to guests
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 & 3 qualified in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist and conducting treatments such as facials, body treatments, and massages
  • Previous ESPA experience is desirable but not necessary
  • Friendly and reliable, effective team player, excellent communicator, and positive attitude to work
