Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Resorts World Birmingham. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver facials, body treatments, and massages to our guests
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the spa business
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 & 3 qualified in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist and conducting treatments such as facials, body treatments, and massages
  • Previous ESPA experience is desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
