Technical Services Manager - HVAC

A leading food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a continuous improvement ethos is embedded into the technical and quality department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve technical and quality processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation and records.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in senior technical management roles, preferably in a high-risk/high-care food manufacturing environment.
  • Lead Auditor certification and HACCP Level 4/Food Safety Level 4.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
