Domiciliary Care Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Area Care Manager in West Belfast. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in domiciliary care, a full, valid UK driving license, and appropriate insurance for business purposes. They will also have previous experience leading a team, creating rotas, using their initiative to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users, thinking creatively to solve problems, and being flexible and able to work in the community to cover sickness if needed. Our ideal candidate will be positive and engaging, able to build great working relationships, and committed to the health and social care career path. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, a company car, monthly annual staff awards and recognition events, up to £2000 per year KPI bonus, training and development opportunities, £200 sign-on bonus, £200 refer-a-friend cycle to work scheme, local business discounts and gym memberships, and Bluelight Card Scheme.
