Domiciliary Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our Quality and Governance Monitoring team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the standards we set are upheld and reflected in our clients' experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered by our carers.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and monitoring visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Full driver's license and access to a car.
- NVQ Level 2 in Care.
£13.95 per hour.
