Experienced Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities

SCR Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Bristol area.
This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live independently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to service users.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network for service users.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in managing residential and supported living services.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users, staff, and external agencies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
