We are looking for an Experienced Asset Manager to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment.

Job Description:

This role involves managing a designated portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained in excellent condition and compliant with regulations and best practices. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer service while overseeing tenancy preparations, property inspections, and health and safety requirements.

  • Manage tenant requests, refurbishment projects, and maintenance works, including liaison with contractors and supervision of larger works as necessary.
  • Handle tenancy renewals, rent negotiations, and minimising property voids to meet client targets.

You will develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service. Focusing on new business opportunities, cross-selling, and revenue growth, you will identify ways to drive departmental success.

Requirements:
  • Experience in lettings property management is essential.
  • ARLA or IRPM qualifications (desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage difficult situations and prioritise workload in a high-pressure environment.

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
