Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Supplier Performance Improvement Lead to join our client's team in Fife, Scotland. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for driving supplier performance improvement initiatives and developing strategic partnerships with suppliers. As a Global Supplier Performance Improvement Lead, you will focus on:

  • Developing and implementing supplier performance improvement plans aligned with procurement and quality management objectives.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.


The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our client offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements:

Relevant industry experience and a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management, are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will enable you to excel in this position.
