Site Manager for Planned Maintenance Division

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our client's planned maintenance division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing labour-based activities, preferably within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of operatives and sub-contractors to deliver planned maintenance works to specification.
- Develop and implement site plans to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the project team to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering planned maintenance projects, with a strong focus on health and safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
