Operations Coordinator

Huntress Search Ltd invites ambitious and detail-oriented individuals to apply for the position of Administrator in Bracknell. As an integral part of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling client communications, and maintaining accurate records. Job Details:
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing client and supplier relationships.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries regarding quotes, repeat business, and contracts.
- Process client requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, emails, and documents as needed.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and assist in reporting on client portfolio performance.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules for the sales team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
