**We are recruiting for a Store Operations Coordinator to join our Store Support Centre in Bracknell. This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home.**

**About the role **

The Store Operations Coordinator will foster a culture of operational excellence across Sally Europe. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all store-facing activities are well planned for simple, easy store execution. Naturally, you will be the go-to resource for Stores and Operations Leadership to provide general support on all Territory Support systems.

**Key Responsibilities **
- Manage the implementation and ongoing support for new systems for Store and Field operations
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners across the organisation to support with platforms such as Smartsheet and Maptive
- Support Project Implementation Manager with the implementation of large project role outs e.g Quinyx, LMS, forthcoming ERP project
- Maintain and manage all procurement contracts for Store Operations, looking for cost saving options where viable; creating all associated communications and store support guides
- Support the Communications Manager with the content for weekly communication such as surveys and editing and formatting of information
- Monthly/Quarterly data analysis of reports and seek areas for improvement
- Provide administrative support to the Field Operations team

**About you **
- 1 or 2 years in Business, Retail or related fields
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills are essential
- Project management experience
- Strong critical thinking skills; problem solver
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
