About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Mary's Care Home in Luton. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

You will be accountable for making sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team. You will also be responsible for carrying out assessments, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
