About the Role

We seek a strategic and operational leader to oversee ACS International Schools' Facilities operations, focusing on our Egham and Hillingdon campuses. The postholder will lead the Facilities team and support partners to ensure efficient facilities management in alignment with the ACS Strategic Plan, annual budgets, and Service Level Agreements.

This role involves developing and managing campus facilities to meet the organisation's needs. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with faculties and departments, providing expert guidance and advice to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and a sound balance of best value and practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Facilities team and support partners to ensure efficient facilities management.
  • Develop and manage campus facilities to meet the organisation's current and future needs.
  • Work closely with faculties and departments to provide expert guidance and advice.
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic, inspiring, and inclusive leader with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating facilities teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent ACS to external parties and interface with internal partners, staff, consultants, and contractors.
  • Commercially astute with experience of managing significant operational and capital budgets.

ACS International Schools educate over 2,400 students, aged 2 to 18, day and boarding, from more than 70 countries. Our three schools in Greater London are all non-sectarian and co-educational.
