Pre-Surgical Preparation Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our Pre-Surgical Preparation team as a Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the team, ensuring the delivery of high standards of patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients undergoing pre-surgical preparation.
- Ensure best practice in infection prevention and control, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Lead and motivate the team to maintain high standards of patient care, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of clinical care by providing strong leadership and support, promoting evidence-based practice.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, including staff supervision, training, and development.
- Coordinate and implement quality assurance programs, ensuring continuous improvement in patient care.
- Monitor and manage resources, including stock levels and equipment, to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times, adhering to the Data Protection Act and professional code of conduct.
- Actively promote research awareness and participate in research-based projects, contributing to the advancement of patient care.
