Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at JCT600. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and profitability of our Fleet sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand customer requirements and develop tailored sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and present professional business proposals to customers, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Work closely with the finance and insurance teams to develop and implement effective finance and insurance packages for customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Experience in the Fleet sales market, with knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and present professional business proposals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel as required.
