About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. This will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing faults, and ensuring all vehicles are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair faults on fleet vehicles, using a range of diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Ensure all fleet vehicles are compliant with regulatory requirements, including roadworthiness tests and emissions checks
  • Work closely with the fleet management team to identify and address any issues with fleet vehicles
  • Provide excellent customer service to our passengers and colleagues

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 in Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Technician
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
