Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality and Health Systems Lead to join our team at SimX Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental legislation across our 6 sites. You will also embed and develop our quality management system, ensuring it meets the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Embed and develop the 9001:2015 QMS
• Develop and maintain systems and processes to meet changing business requirements
• Support staff training and development of QHSE Standards and business objectives
• Provide monthly reporting on QHSE KPIs
• Lead day-to-day QHSE operations, including auditing, meetings, training, and document updates

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems and experience leading day-to-day operations. An estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
