Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with fresh food, a flexible approach to work, and high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for our menu
  • Manage kitchen inventory and control food costs
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent service
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a related role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
