Event Management and Innovation Specialist at SAP Experience Centre UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Management and Innovation Specialist at our SAP Experience Centre UK. As a key member of our innovation labs team, you will be responsible for helping the Experience Centre manager run the day-to-day operation and bookings of the centre.

The Experience Centre is where SAP showcases its newest technologies to customers and partners. Visits can range from 5-6 people to a full marketing event with up to 230 attendees. Your responsibilities will include helping manage the visitor management system, prioritizing and organizing future visits, and preparing and hosting visitors to the centre.

You will work closely with multiple parties such as Sales, Presales, Customers, on-site catering, and facilities to help organize future visits. A practical knowledge of using and troubleshooting audio-visual systems would be advantageous, and prior experience with organizing events and good computer literacy are essential.

Candidates must be flexible with working hours and willing to help troubleshoot some of the latest new technologies to ensure a visit runs smoothly. Location is Feltham, Middx; flexible working is available, but candidates should expect to be on-site at least 4 days a week.

The Experience Centre is part of the Innovation Labs team in the UK. This comprises the Innovation Lab, Customer Experience Centre, Broadcast & Recording Studio, and a team of creative designers. The team's primary goal is to help SAP enhance customer engagements and make the SAP experience in the UK as memorable and informative as possible.

You will work with a dynamic team that is constantly introducing new technologies to our customers. We have a mix of permanent employees and apprentices that ensures a steady mix of fresh innovation ideas along with experience.
