Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Professional
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Professional to join our team in London, responsible for processing payrolls, statutory payments, and pension contributions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:The Compensation and Benefits Professional will be responsible for:
- Preparing and transmitting BACS files in accordance with monthly deadlines.
- Processing P11Ds on an annual basis.
- Liaising with HR and Finance as required to fulfill the job role.
The ideal candidate will have good overall payroll knowledge, including manual tax and NIC calculations, and statutory leave such as SMP and ShPP. They will also be able to use their own initiative and be proactive in resolving queries.
Requirements:The successful candidate will have:
- Good overall payroll knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
They will also be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and have high-level computer skills, including being able to pick up new software quickly.
