Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Telesales Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and ensuring that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about our products and services
- Answer customer inquiries in a helpful and informative manner
- Process customer orders and ensure that all their details are captured correctly
- Match customers with the best package that aligns with their needs
- Work closely with the wider sales team to develop new customer pipelines
- Provide exceptional customer care and ensure that customers have a seamless experience
- Stay up-to-date with our product offers to maintain excellent knowledge and assist customers effectively
- Be self-motivated and have a solutions-oriented approach to work
- Be a team player who can context-switch to maximize customer experiences
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to present ideas and information simply and effectively
- Be able to receive constructive feedback to encourage your own development and growth
- Have previous outbound sales experience
- Have previous experience working in a customer service, sales, or telesales role
- Be familiar with working with Customer Management Systems and Microsoft Office
- Be a good communicator and enjoy talking to and listening to customers
- Annual Salary of £25,000 (+ uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £35,000)
