About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team at Concept Resourcing. As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will work closely with our Digital Analyst to provide expert-level support in setting up and maintaining Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for client websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager for client websites
  • Utilize JavaScript for data analytics and tracking
  • Analyze website data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Implement tagging requirements in Google Tag Manager, using JavaScript where required
  • Create customized reports and dashboards to monitor website performance
  • Create customer journey analysis to form insights and potential recommendations

Requirements:

  • Experience in web analytics, particularly GA4
  • Background of data collection using Google Tag Manager, including JavaScript and data layers
  • Experience analyzing website data and providing recommendations for improving website performance
  • Agency experience - desirable
  • Experience with Google BigQuery and Looker Data Studio - desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of working with API integrations
