About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales and service team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
