Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is £23,500 - £25,000 per annum, plus commission, which can take your earnings up to £30k - £40k in the first year and £60k - £100k by the third year. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas Shutdown, and quarterly incentives such as trips to the UK and Europe.

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, attracting top talent, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Building relationships with candidates and clients through written and verbal communications.
  • Talent generation and attraction through headhunting and social media channels.
  • Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers.
  • Identifying client hiring needs and developing strategies to meet those needs.

Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and a proven track record of success in sales or a related field. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
