Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Rudding Park. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a section or function within the kitchen, assisting in the management of junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our guests.

  • Prepare dishes using the best fresh and local produce.
  • Run a section or function within the kitchen.

  • Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, guests, and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
