Job Summary

Holroyd Howe, a leading education sector catering specialist, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking fresh food menus as directed by our Head Chef.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with fresh quality ingredients to create delicious and nutritious meals for our clients.
  • Understand and comply with all required Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.
  • Undertake Company training when required to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and equality.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Must reside in the UK.
    • Must have proven right to work in the UK.
    • Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS security check.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years successful progression in a professional kitchen.
    • Experience of working within a school or contract catering environment is desirable, although not essential.
