Coleman James, a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor, seeks an accomplished Lead Mechanical Project Manager to spearhead technically complex projects in the East and South Midlands area from their Oxford base.

As a Project Manager, you will provide visible leadership, offering insight, direction, and foresight to ensure the safe and profitable delivery of schemes while providing excellent customer satisfaction and developing a team.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Leading MEP Services Engineering elements from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring seamless integration with the wider construction team.
  2. Directing full MEP works on site regarding safety, quality, programme, and budget, involving liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Mentoring and guiding the MEP team, promoting correct integration with the broader construction team.

This position demands experience in Building Services across large-scale M&E projects. While not essential, industrial experience in sectors such as Life Science, Clean Room, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or Manufacturing is desired.
