A fantastic chance has emerged for a specialist Housing Services Manager to join one of Adecco's most improved public sector housing clients in a part-time, permanent contract. This car-driving role is part of a job share, and will be reporting into the Stanhope office in Ashford, Kent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage up to 7 staff members in the public sector, preferably with experience in Housing, ASB, or Neighbourhood Officer roles.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Neighbourhood Teams to deliver excellent tenancy management and estate inspection services for residents.
  • Manage performance targets, produce statistics, and analyse team performance and external trends to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Develop the Estate Inspection team to enable it to fulfill its task of improving the estate environment.
  • Coordinate team meetings and delegate work-related tasks to the Tenancy Management team.
  • Resolve complex anti-social behaviour, leasehold, and rent arrears cases.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in developing a professional customer-focused service that meets the needs of residents and responds promptly to enquiries and complaints.
  • Essential car driver and owner.

This is a hybrid working role, requiring only 1-2 days of office presence per week. The client is looking for a member of staff who can provide a high level of service and meet the needs of residents promptly.
