We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our Housing Association. As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for supporting residents by handling tenancy issues and ensuring the health and safety of the scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with low-level anti-social behaviour issues and repairs queries.
  • Help new tenants settle into their homes and adjust to the community.
  • Perform regular health & safety inspections, including fire checks and building security.
  • Ensure communal areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Engage with tenants to encourage socialisation and healthy living.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for residents.
  • Manage multiple tasks and travel between sites as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar housing or scheme management role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full driving licence and the ability to travel between schemes.

About the Role:

This is a permanent role with a salary of £31,819 for full-time positions (pro-rata for part-time). We are looking for either a full-time staff member to cover two schemes or two part-time staff.
