Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reception Manager to lead our Front Office operation at the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing the recruitment and development of the front office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office operation to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests for bookings in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Oversee the recruitment and development of the front office team, setting departmental objectives and providing regular feedback
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hotel reception experience for a minimum of two years, ideally within a management scope
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
