Job Description:

Havas London, a flagship creative agency of Havas UK, aims to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people. Our unique setup allows us to share a single building with every other specialist business in our network under a single P&L.

The Assistant Creative Producer will work closely with our internal production studio and agency creatives, as well as support the production team on larger-scale projects. This role requires skills in the core principles of producing: communication, organization, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the people working on your projects, their roles, and how they fit into projects and the wider agency.
  • Leverage knowledge of different processes and methodologies used to manage projects.
  • Understand the project lifecycle in line with our agency process, including roles and responsibilities of project stakeholders.
  • Gain insight into the production process to deliver across Print, Digital, and social assets.
Building Relationships and Effective Communication:
  • Become a valued contributor on projects within the team.
  • Negotiate situations to ensure the best outcomes for projects.
  • Stay aware of inspiring and creative work/trends.
  • Enhance industry knowledge through resources like Creative Review, The Drum, etc.
Financial Management:
  • Understand the importance of project profitability.
  • Learn how to estimate and reconcile projects.
  • Foster a focus on delivering projects on budget, on time, and to a high quality.
  • Recognize how different creative crafts can impact final outputs.
