**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Franco Manca. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and cook pizzas to order, using high-quality ingredients and following our recipes and cooking methods.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with colleagues and management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, to improve skills and knowledge and contribute to the success of the business.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, communicating clearly and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
