**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Franco Manca. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish meets our quality and presentation expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and cook pizzas to order, using high-quality ingredients and adhering to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge, with opportunities for career progression.
  • Contribute to the success of the restaurant by providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a pizzeria or kitchen environment, preferably with a focus on Neapolitan-style pizzas.
  • Ability to maintain high health and safety and hygiene standards, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality pizzas and providing exceptional customer service.
