Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Deliver creative, adaptable lessons to meet individual learning styles and needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods and IEPs as required.
- Work closely with parents, support staff, and external professionals to foster student development.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and confidence.
- Stay up-to-date with SEN policies, strategies, and best practices to continually improve learning outcomes.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching students with SEN.
