Senior Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a Senior Health and Safety Manager to lead our Health and Safety delivery at Sizewell C. This role requires a holistic approach to physical and psychological health and safety, addressing unique risk factors in construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide local advice and support to assist managers and staff to fulfill their safety responsibilities to high standards.
  • Act as a point of support for projects when communicating with enforcement bodies.
  • Develop and communicate strategic objectives to effectively deliver Inclusion + Wellbeing programme across Sizewell C.
  • Measure H&S performance against strategic deliverables.
  • Seek out individuals and teams who are engaged, trusted, and empowered to create health and safety without deviation.
Requirements
  • Qualification at level 6 (min)
  • Technical knowledge in Occupational Health risk management and wellbeing.
  • Technical knowledge in Safety risk management.
  • Member of relevant professional body.
