Job Summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join their team in the Theatre department. This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, requiring the individual to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to the surgical team
  • Assist with preparing patients for surgery, including administering medications and ensuring proper positioning
  • Maintain a safe and organized operating room environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and best practices

Requirements

  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
  • 12 Months experience in a theatre setting is desirable but not essential
