About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN Teacher to join our school community, bringing their expertise and passion for inclusive education. You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum and teaching approaches, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive student success.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of students aged 2-10 with severe learning difficulties.* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.* Contribute to staff training and professional development, sharing best practices and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

Requirements:
* A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, with QTS status highly desirable.* Experience in SEN/SEMH settings or supporting students with complex needs, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive education.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
