The GMI Construction Group PLC is seeking an experienced Digital Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join their team in Yorkshire. This role involves coordinating the company's Information Management Systems, ensuring smooth running on sites, and providing support to site teams.

As a Digital Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring the status of documentation through workflows, chasing outstanding information when necessary, and ensuring compliance with Field view, SharePoint, Operating Framework, and Email Management protocols.

You will also be required to train GMI Site Staff, Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors on Information Management, auditing SharePoint, Field View, and Viewpoint for Projects, and producing detailed project reports for Divisional Management Meetings.

In addition, you will advise site teams on the correct storage of all documentation on SharePoint, coordinate Field View for various sites, and set up Geometry, drawing calibrations, and create processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is willing to learn new technology and software packages, has good written and communication skills in English, and advanced ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

We are looking for someone who is educated to at least GCSE level standard or equivalent, including English and Maths, and has a full driving license.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about digital infrastructure and project coordination, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
