Construction Estimating Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimating Specialist to join our team in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction estimating and cost management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and forecasts to inform business decisions, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings, and developing and implementing cost reduction strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proven experience in construction estimating and cost management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
