The Role: Commodities Structurer

As a key member of our Professional Services team in London, you will play a crucial role in new business development and drive revenue growth by understanding customer needs and applying your knowledge of capital markets.

You'll collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to deliver timely results, working closely with customers to develop pitches, run PoCs and onboard new clients. With an initial focus on commodities, this position is ideal for those with experience in trading, risk management or quantitative roles within a sell-side or buy-side institution.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Main Skills/Competencies:

  • Experience in financial markets from a trading, risk management or quantitative perspective
  • Hands-on skills in a programming/scripting language such as C#, C++, Java or Python
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, MySQL etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills and keen to collaborate closely with customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to summarise information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
