Job Title: Finance Analyst

UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UKSBS) is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality professional accounting and reporting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to clients across various Government bodies and Research Councils.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • GCSE level education, including Mathematics and English at grade C/5 or above, or comparable proven experience.
  • Understanding of double-sided accounting and experience working with complex financial data.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial information and present data.
  • Proactive and flexible with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good team player with ability to work independently.
