Role Overview: In this critical position, you will maintain compliance throughout the company, adhering to standards such as ISO 9001 and a host of industry-specific manufacturing regulations. You will be responsible for upholding company-wide compliance, managing standards, and supervising prototype testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all company operations and products meet regulatory requirements, manage standards, and supervise prototype testing.
- Expert Guidance: Provide technical advice and establish a precise certification system to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Documentation Oversight: Guarantee the accuracy and accessibility of company documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct audits, create procedures, assess risks, and recommend improvements to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Data Management: Oversee data within our system, focusing on precision for configurations and cutting sheets, and ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- External Liaison: Represent the company with external entities to maintain and achieve accreditations, and ensure that all interactions with external parties are compliant with company policies.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed of industry trends, practices, and regulatory changes that affect our products and procedures, and ensure that the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- Professional Experience: A thorough understanding of compliance, audit, and certification processes, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Industry qualifications such as NEBOSH are beneficial, but not essential.
- Analytical Abilities: Robust problem-solving skills with a systematic approach, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
