About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Team Manager to join our team in Production. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving team performance, ensuring safe working practices, communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments, and meeting production requirements to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivating the team to meet and exceed production targets
- Communicating effectively with Shift Managers and other key colleagues at all times
- Building relationships and liaising with other departments to minimize downtime
- Participating in team briefs and production meetings
- Leading a team within a manufacturing environment
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in managing teams within a manufacturing environment. You should be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve production targets, communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments, and ensure safe working practices.
