About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Studio and Team Management Expert to join our team at ThePlaceToBe. As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including a team of creatives and freelancers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running a studio, either client-side or agency-side, and experience in managing teams with varying levels of experience. You will be a great problem solver, able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.

A strong understanding of creative work and processes is essential, as well as experience in leading on operational processes and managing budgets. You will also have a network of freelance contacts and be able to lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
