Join Our Team as a Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to lead growth strategies for leading food brands, driving innovation and expanding market share in the grocery category.

As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the food category by developing strategies that enhance sales, market share, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category strategies that drive sales, profitability, and market share
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to enhance category performance and drive category growth
  • Provide detailed analysis on category performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align category plans and overall brand growth
  • Work closely with the internal team to optimise in-store execution, including shelf space, planograms, and product placement
Requirements:
  • Experience in category management or insights within an FMCG company or leading agency
  • Proven skills in translating data into actionable strategies that boost sales and market share
  • Ambition to grow in a full Category Manager role within a dynamic FMCG company
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
