The Role:

Leo Technology has partnered with an employee-owned UK-based systems consultancy specializing in providing solutions to the aviation sector. Their products focus on training, assurance, auditing, and fleet management, as well as offering airports a range of support services.

Due to organic growth, they're seeking an experienced.NET Developer to join their technical division. In this position, reporting to the Systems Director, you'll be responsible for driving the development of both new and existing products, delivering high-quality solutions to their renowned client base.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of web-based development experience looking to join a genuinely culture-first company.

The Person:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a relevant hands-on development role
  • Extensive experience with technologies including C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and MySQL
  • Desirable: React Native experience - React, React Native, Redux, ES6
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment
