Job Summary

We are seeking individuals to deliver best-in-class services in our Sustainability Advisory & Transaction Services team, which is experiencing significant growth.

Consultants in ESG Due Diligence Roles work on a wide range of buy-side and sell-side transactions for private market investors, their portfolio companies, and corporate clients, identifying ESG risks, liabilities, and value creation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and direct large, global projects, ensuring client satisfaction and profitable delivery.
  2. Understand macro sustainability/ESG topics and their relevance to companies in the real-economy and investment community, value creation, and transaction topics.
  3. Interact with other advisors and workstreams, such as financial, legal, and commercial due diligence, investment banks.
  4. Identify and manage commercial and operational risks from conception through to project delivery.
  5. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communications, producing quality deliverables, and translating complex technical topics into commercial opinions.
